As we head into the final stretch of the year, our team at Tilla continues to focus on innovation and customer-centric solutions. With every new update, we’re enhancing the efficiency and reliability of crew travel management to help you tackle challenges head-on.
This month, we’re excited to share two key updates that further refine and streamline your experience with Tilla:
Here’s what’s new at Tilla:
We have expanded our Flight Monitoring feature to launch Auto Switching for Similar Flights, making crew travel adjustments smoother and more cost-effective. In order to minimise risk, this feature initially applies only to fully refundable flights with minimal schedule changes (within ±1 hour), the same or fewer stops, and layovers capped at 4 hours to control additional costs.
Currently available for eligible EU-based crew, this feature includes an optional setting to limit switches to identical flights, keeping plans as close as possible to the original.
This feature is designed to be enabled on a per-client basis, according to their needs.
We’ve released an update to make tracking cancelled segments and flight changes more efficient. Now, each time the Crew Change details page is reloaded, the latest flight information is retrieved and displayed in the flights section for easy reference.
Users can confirm updates by selecting “Mark as read.” We’ve also added logic to differentiate between “rerouting” (where one or more airports change) and “rescheduling,” providing clear and accurate updates for each type of change.
